Energy Management
Never underestimate the value of small details

1st Stage:

Independent initial energy efficiency engineering audit (IIEEEA):

Investigate and document our client’s “as-is” energy consumption. Outline potential energy efficiency projects by keeping capital investments minimal.

Our 7 step audit process consists of:

1.    Facilities tour
2.
Documenting “as-is” client situation
3.

Investigation of energy needs and usage
4.    Pin pointing system energy efficiency weaknesses
5.    Analysis of our client “as-is” situation
6.    Recommendation for energy efficiency improvements
7.
Independent initial energy efficiency audit report submittal

2nd Stage:

Independent detailed energy efficiency engineering audit (IDEEEA):

Findings of our client’s initial energy efficiency engineering audit will be further detailed to support a formal corrective action plan. Drill down into current “as-is” energy consumption findings for establishing near, middle and long term energy efficiency improvement projects. It is important to point out that our audit procedures will not disrupted our clients' operations or process flows.

9 step audit process consists of:

1.    Detailed evaluation of our clients' “as-is” situation
2.    Creation of in-depth on-site energy calculations and measurements
3.    All inclusive analysis of chosen processes and creation of energy efficiency corrective action
plans
4.    Evaluation of our client’s energy efficiency building support systems such as heating, cooling,
chilling, ventilation and lighting. Evaluation of our clients' specific processes such as
manufacturing machines, process heat, process chilling, compressed air, pumping systems,
waste streams and production flows
5.    Development of technical energy efficiency optimization corrective action plans
6.    Evaluation and prioritizing of energy efficiency corrective action plans
7.    Return of investment calculations of energy efficiency corrective action plans
8.    Energy efficiency incentive investigation
9.    Independent detailed energy efficiency audit report submittal

3rd Stage:

Realization, implementation, monitoring and management of energy efficiency correct action plans:

Realization, implementation, monitoring and management of our client’s energy efficiency corrective action plans is the key for success. Creating, updating and managing a “how-to” client specific corrective action plan ensures a clear line of communication.

Our realization, implementation, monitoring and management of energy efficiency corrective action plans typically consist of:

1.   Developing corrective action RFQ’s and RFP’s
2.   Technology sourcing and procurement support
3.   Technical proposal review support
4.   Technology news and update
5.   Supplier validation and negotiations
6.   Kick-off meetings
7.   Contract management and supplier supervision
8.   Quality control
9.   Project management
10.   Waste management
11.   Training
12.   Monitoring
13.   Process flow management
14.   Operational support and preventive maintenance plans
15.   O&M and capital budget management
